Second Floor
Regency Ballroom
With approximately 9,280 square feet of elegant interior space, our Regency Ballroom will allow you to comfortably entertain more than 1,200 guests for a gala event.  Divide the ballroom into 1/3, ½ or 2/3 sections; or into two larger sections.

Kentucky Suite
Invite 100 for an elegant reception or 90 guests to a stylish banquet in this 1,400 square foot event venue.  Discover the ease of entertaining in our contemporary styled rooms; with all the gracious amenities and outstanding service you expect from Hyatt Regency Louisville.

Churchill Downs Suite
With more than 1,000 square feet of inviting interior space, this suite allows you to comfortably host an event for up to 150 guests.  Divide it into two sections for separate reception, dancing or buffet areas – or for a smaller event space.  Entertain 100 at a reception or 90 guests at a formal seated banquet.

Park Suite
Offering 1,680 square feet of stylish event space, this inviting suite will comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.  Invite 150 to a reception or 110 to a formal seated banquet in this exemplary venue.  Divide it into four sections for smaller, separate areas.

Keeneland
With 1,440 square feet of elegant interior space, this venue is ideal for small to mid-sized events.  Host a reception for 150 guests or a formal banquet for 100 guests.  Invite up to 150 friends and family to view slide shows in a theater-style arrangement.

Rooftop

The Spire
Invite 170 guests to a one-of-a-kind reception or 150 to a formal seated banquet in our revolving rooftop, private event space, Spire.  Become a hosting sensation when you offer guests magnificent sweeping views of downtown from one of the most unique venues in all of Louisville.

Gulfstream / Hialeah
With more than 1,200 square feet of elegant interior space, this meeting venue may be divided into two sections of 660 square feet each.  Invite 100 guests to an elegant reception or 80 to a formal seated banquet.

Pimlico
Invite 120 guests to your reception or 80 to a formal seated banquet in this sophisticated venue.  Divide the total 1,400 square feet space into three sections for more intimate areas for buffet, dancing, reception or gifting rooms.

Belmont
Entertain 40 guests in this 625 square foot venue, featuring contemporary elegant design and easy first-floor access.  Enjoy smaller weddings, buffets or banquets in this stylish event space.

Oaklawn
Offering 1,500 square feet of welcoming, spacious interior, Oak Lawn will accommodate up to 60 guests for your banquet or reception.  Divide the area into separate sections for dancing, dining and greeting guests if you choose.
