Onsite Catering

The Hyatt Regency Louisville is pleased to cater functions for small, intimate events as well as larger seminars, meetings, and galas. The following information may be helpful to you in planning a successful banquet function.

Food and Beverage
The Hyatt Regency Louisville will provide all food and beverage.

Additional Fees
A 22% service charge and a 6% Kentucky State sales tax are added to all food and beverage charges.

Guarantee
A final guarantee number is required at least three (3) business days prior to the function. The hotel will set and prepare for up to 5% above the guaranteed number of guests. Charges will be based on the guaranteed attendance, or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Decor
Hyatt Regency Louisville provides complimentary linens, staging, lecterns, mirror tiles, hurricane globes or votives for all events. Chair covers, specialty linen, and floral centerpieces available at additional charge. In addition, our catering staff will gladly assist you with any of your floral or decor needs, as well as themed events and menus.

Offsite Catering

If you are hosting your event at a private location, or at a site other than Hyatt Regency Louisville, the Hyatt will be thrilled to deliver its award-winning services to any of our approved catering sites. Some of our most popular venues are, Muhammad Ali Center, Frazier History Museum, The Gillespie, Belle of Louisville, Glassworks, Whitehall, Locust Grove, Farmington and Kentucky Center.
